What The Wedding Blueprint collects when you read, plan, subscribe or buy, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
This policy covers The Wedding Blueprint (“we”, “us”), the wedding planning website at theweddingblueprint.estorealm.com, its free tools, its email letter and the digital products we sell through Gumroad.

The short version: we collect very little, we never sell your information, and the planning tools on this site keep your entries in your own browser.
What we collect
When you join the planning letter
Your email address, the date you joined and which form you used. We use it only to send the emails you asked for: planning ideas, new guides and occasional news about our planners and products.
When you buy or download from our shop
Paid products and free planners are delivered by Gumroad. Gumroad collects your name, email and payment details. We never see your full card number. Gumroad shares your email, the product, the price paid and your country with us so we can support your order.
When you browse
Our own simple analytics record the page you visit, how long you stay, how far you scroll, the page that sent you here, your browser type and your approximate country. A random visit ID is kept in your browser for that visit only. We also count clicks on product and free-planner buttons. We use this to see which guides help people, not to identify you, and we don’t use advertising trackers.
When you use the free tools
Checklists, budgets, guest counts, timelines and other tool entries are saved only in your browser (local storage). They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
When you email us
Your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, so we can reply.
How we use it
- To send the planning letter and reply to your messages
- To help with orders, downloads and access questions
- To understand which pages and tools are useful, and improve them
- To keep the website secure and working
We do not sell your personal information, rent our email list, or share your information for targeted advertising.
Services we use
A few trusted providers help run the site. Each handles information under its own privacy policy:
- Gumroad: checkout, payments and file delivery
- Supabase: securely stores email-letter signups and site analytics
- Resend: sends our emails
- Vercel: hosts the website and processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security
- Unsplash: serves some of the photographs on our pages
Links to Pinterest, Canva, Google and other websites take you to services with their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics records are kept only as long as they are useful for improving the site. Order records are kept by Gumroad and as required for tax and accounting.
Your choices & rights
- Unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.
- Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Decline analytics in the cookie banner.
Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states), you may have additional privacy rights. We honor these requests for everyone. Email theweddingblueprint@estorealm.com and we’ll respond within the time the law requires.
Children
This website is for adults planning weddings. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, please email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the planning letter.
