Do I need Excel?
No. Google Sheets is free and works with every feature. Upload the file to Google Drive and choose File → Save as Google Sheets.
Can my partner and I both edit it?
Yes. In Google Sheets, use Share and add them as an editor. With Excel, save it to OneDrive and share it.
Will it work on my phone?
Yes, in the Excel or Google Sheets app. Setting it up is easiest on a computer.
Which version should I choose?
Most couples choose Complete: it adds the Dashboard, payments and seating. Choose Signature if you also want the printable planner, the Day-of Kit and the five ebooks. You’ll see all three on the next page.
Can I change the categories and meal options?
Yes. Everything is editable on the Settings tab.
